The Trilogy is Complete

So last night I dreamed that people I know were all at the beach having a party. Again this is as much as I remember about the dream, but it does add a nice culmination to the dreams of people I know. I do recall (seriously) Middlebrow and Dr.Write limboing. LisaB was wearing one of those carribean straw hats and was sipping on a Mai Tai. Karmaking was doing homework. There were others there, but those are the ones that I jotted down in my notebook soon after waking.

So there you have it: a nice ending to a terrible sequence of murder and governmental scuzziness. Luckilly, my dream trilogy did not end with an Ewok hoedown.

  1. Mai Tai! Your dream just might be better than my life! Not really, but I am glad that I wasn't a CIA assassin or something in the dream.

  2. Are these the actual "words" to the Ewok Celebration Song? Or are these just your phonetic approximations?

  3. According to some web sit I have no lost track of, these are the actual lyrics. It goes on much longer than that too.

  4. Yesterday, I remembered this dream I'd had recently: Cher fell in love with a woman, who she wanted to marry and in order to facilate this desire, Cher decided to become a man. And when I remembered this dream, I had to think really hard about whether it was a dream or something I'd heard on the news because for some reason it seemed completely plausible that Cher might decide to become a man.

  5. I recently had a dream that my (other) friend Melissa (who I know for a fact never wants to have kids) had a child I never knew about who was already 18 months old and to let me know she sent me this 3-D email that when I "opened" it, actually opened like a box and became a kind of surround (me) movie with sound and many images of her and her son. It was cool technology, but it freaked me out and I had to think awhile about the last time I saw her and whether it was logically possible for her to have a kid or not (it is, of course). But she wouldn't have a kid without telling me, would she?

  6. Funny, you dreamed I was doing homework, yet I always dream that I'm late for class.
